The following conditions are applicable to all the rent contracts

RENT CONTRACT FOR TURISTIC PURPOSES

The Customer will be be the only and sole liable for damages caused to things or persons in its quality of Holder of the rented house.

The Agency shall not be liable for any damages the customer may incurr as a consequence of behavours of any third part not directly under control of the Agency, neither for the any interruption of service that shall occur for causes not attributable to Agency's will.

Any reservation from the Customer has to be confirmed by the payment of an advance payment to the Agency in the measure of 30% (thirty percent) of the total contract value Such payment shall be effected by the Customer within 7 days from the date of reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Customer the Agency will be entitled to forfait and invoice the Advance as compensation.

Balance payment will be dued by the Customer at the momento of the arrival and receipt of the keys of the house. The refusal to effect the balance payment from the Customer or to pay the guarantee deposit (see below) will entitle the Agenc to cancel the reservation and forfait the advance payment.o dal Contratto di locazione durante il periodo locazione non dà titolo al Cliente ad esigere alcun rimborso sull'importo contrattuale contrattuale originario.

At the arrival the Customer shall deposit the sum of 100,00 € (one-hundred euros) to the Agency as a guarantee for the eventual damages caused to the house. The Agency will be entitled to reimburs damages caused by the Customer to the House from such deposit.

Italian law will apply to the contract. Any dispute will be settled by the court of Ancona.

The Customers declares to have read the information sheet on privacy issues.

The keys of the house wil be provided by 17:00 of the date of arrival. The house shall be left by the Customer within the 9:00 am in the day of departure.

Pets will be admitted under authorization of the Agency.
