PRICES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE
Deposit: Euro 100,00. At the arrival Customers will have to pay a deposit of € 100,00 that will be refunded after a check out control of the apatment at the departure date. Any damage or fault to perform cleanings will be deducted from the deposit
Minimum renting period of 7 days; arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Admittance after 5,00 p.m. check-out by the 9.00 a.m. No reductions for late arrivals and early departures
Pets admitted on request with € 30,00 extra for mandatory cleanings
Bed sheets is included for all non italian residents..
Customers will get up to 20% reductions at the beaches of our network. It is available via our Office a limited number of places at the beach at 55,00 euro per week for 2 berths and an umbrella.
